Research Agenda
HR Intelligence.Org is in the process of establishing an evidence-based research agenda for 2018-2020. Although our primary purpose is to conduct credible and evidence-based research, a corollary purpose is to critically examine fringe topics, perspectives, and ideas which may not be widely shared nor popular among the mainstream management, human resource, and learning and development community.
Along these lines, some of the topics and questions on the table include:
- Big Data, Big Brother: Ethical and privacy issues associated with people analytics and the “quantified employee” agenda
- Are CHROs rewarded or punished for bold behavior?
- How do organizations use full service employee survey vendors and/or DIYS SaaS survey tools?
- Does HR ‘eat its own dog food’ when it comes to managing ‘HR talent’?
- The real drivers of high-potential talent engagement: Getting beyond the usual suspects and a “one-size-fits-all” approach
